In simple words

  • PickupDesk is by invitation only. You need an invite from your company admin.
  • Your event data is yours. Enter only details you may use, and never ID numbers, passwords or card numbers.
  • PickupDesk helps you coordinate pickups. Please double-check important times and details; it is not a guarantee.
  • Do not misuse it, share links publicly, or try to see another company's data.
  • You can stop any time and export your data. We may stop access if the rules are broken.

1. Using PickupDesk

PickupDesk, run by PickupDesk, is available by invitation only. You need an invitation from your company's admin. Keep your login email safe and give correct information. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

2. Your data

The event data you enter or import is yours. We use it only to run PickupDesk for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the guests' and drivers' details for arranging their transport and for contacting them about it. Do not enter details that are not needed, such as ID numbers, passwords or card numbers.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • use PickupDesk for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harass anyone;
  • try to see another company's data, break the limits of your role, or interfere with the service;
  • post guest or driver links publicly, or collect data from the app by automated means;
  • copy or reverse-engineer the software.

4. Messages and calls

PickupDesk only prepares WhatsApp texts and opens WhatsApp or the phone app. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for the messages and calls you make.

5. A helper, not a guarantee

PickupDesk helps your team coordinate pickups. Times, flights and details come from your sheet and your team, and can be wrong or change. Please check important details yourselves, keep a copy of your sheet, and have a plan for when a phone or the network fails. You can export your data to Excel, CSV or PDF at any time.

6. Availability and changes

PickupDesk is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or pause features, and we will try to tell you in advance about big changes.

7. Price

Invited teams can use PickupDesk without charge for now. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

8. Ending

You can stop using PickupDesk at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. To have your company's data deleted, write to ramikaran001@gmail.com.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, PickupDesk is not responsible for missed or late pickups, wrong or changed travel details, or other indirect losses that come from using PickupDesk. Nothing here limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Law and changes
